Refunds can happen! And that's okay. You can refund a commission if I haven't started working on it just yet, OR if I haven't worked on it past the sketch phase.You will not be allowed to refund once the commission passes the sketch phase, and you won't be allowed to change your orderI usually do commissions in batches of 2-3 and they normally get done from a week to two months, or even the same day, depending on the commission.I will reach out to you if there are complications, but rest assured the piece will be completed. Payment is done upfront, half during the discussion and sketch phase, the other once the piece is fully done.
